At Kelvin Apothecary, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance and apothecary purchases. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original apothecary packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
